DeMatha Stags Varsity easily did away with Paul VI 8-2 on Wednesday

DeMatha Stags Varsity got things moving in the first inning. Jack Bulger drove in three when he homered.

Alex Greene pitched DeMatha Stags Varsity to victory. He lasted five innings, allowing two hits and two runs while striking out six. Jack Silder threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.Silder recorded the last six outs to earn the save for DeMatha Stags Varsity.

Nick Ortega took the loss for Paul VI. He allowed five hits and four runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking one.
